you can find two methods to calculate the at-rest earth pressure for sloping backfill. The first is
Ko=(1-sin phi)(1-sin beta) where beta is the backfill slope angle."
The corrected formula from EM 1110-2-2502 is:
Ko=(1-sin phi)(1+sin beta)
