Short Answer... you CANNOT find [free] ATA-100 specs on-line: they are proprietary to ATA.

ATA specs are for SALE [almost reasonably priced] at:

http://www.airlines.org/public/home/default1.asp

NOTE: some tech libraries may have them... or can get them for You.
