This is more hardware related but I'll ask anyway.
I just bought a dirt cheap (@65€)brand new ATI FirePro V4800 (1G DDR5) on ebay and I also have two Quadro FX580 GPUs. One is in the office, one in my home PC. As I do the less demanding stuff in the office/workshop and most of the "hard work" at home (suits me better when I'm alone) I'd like to know which combination can I expect to perform better under tougher requirements. That will be in my home PC. There is no comparative test for two FX580 in SLI mode vs a single ATI FirePro V4800. Any predictions or opinions?
The only comparison I found is here: and that made me change my mind because I was looking at the new Quadro 2000.
