ATP-EMTP model of 3/C cable

I'm trying to model 3/C cable in EMTP.

For example this cable

.. I can't get the same R, XL, XC in page 2

Is there any reference for modeling 3/C cables?

This transient class at University of Idaho has notes on modeling cables in ATP-EMTP. If I remember correctly, there are two cable models used in ATP-EMTP. Each has its perks and drawbacks but in the class I remember we just stuck with one.
