hi.
Saw an aluminium dome in which the existing EFR's sliding ladder was attached to the aluminium dome itself. So my question is, whether the load (where the ladder is connected to the aluminium dome) will be considered as a point load on the dome? If it is considered as a point load, will the dome withstand the load without failure? Attached some images. Kindly find the images and give your feedback.

If the load is applied to the dome, it should be considered in the dome design, not necessarily as a point load (looks like several connections in the photos). I would refer that to the dome suppliers/designers.
