We have four atto power misers installed in two mcc's there are no contactors fitted only the thyristor control for the motor. The problem is when one powermiser starts if the other power miser in the same panel is running it will shut down the same will happen if one happens to go into overload. The powermiser stop and start control is done through plc outputs from asi nodes.

Hello clarke

It sounds to me as though the internal monitoring circuits are being affected by the " transients" generated on the supply when either unit starts and stops. You may need to apply additional filtering to the inputs.
I suggest that you consult with the manufacturers.
Best regards

Suggestion: The PLC outputs need to be checked for their proper timing and transients
