Help! Please!

I recently replaced a mic system for a city council meeting situation. The existing system included 10 Shure SM58s. 7 built into the desktop for the council members, 1 wireless handheld unit for a roamer, 2 goosenecks on podiums for the public and one gooseneck in the rear for the video op. I installed a (lower end) Sony wireless system (bodypacks with lav mics) to replace the 7 goosenecks for the city council. All of the other mics remain (the handheld, and the 3 goosenecks) intact. I am now faced with a terrible feedback problem and need some advice on how to eliminate that feedback. Help! Please!

Here are the system components:
The 7 (there are actually 8 bodypacks- we will be integrating one more for a presenter who will move about the room) bodypack/lavs are made by sony and the receivers are all in 2 rackmountable components which hold 6 receivers each. There is an antenna divider. Each receiver output is hardwired into a Lectrosonics AM8 automatic mixer, along with the additional goosenecks and the handheld mic. The output of the AM8s, is fed into an amp which in turn goes to the speakers.

Please help with any suggestions. I have one week to solve this problem!

Thanks very much
