Audit, Heat Treat Process, SAE AMS2759

I am tasked with writing a process audit checklist for heat treating, specifically SAE AMS2759 as well as AMS 2750 for pyrometry. Is there a source for a generic audit checklist that could be used (or modified) in order to evaluate potential heat treat processors?

Try checklist AC7102 from Nadcap,

It is not specific to AS2759 but relies heavily upon AMS2750; This is the checklist used to certify heat-treaters before they can work with GE, P & W, Honeywell, Cessna, Boeing, Lockheed Martin et al.
