AUGGH I HATE 2004

Ok to solve the 3d face problem here at the company I work for i went through and created all new blocks with wipeouts not 3d faces. prints dots fine now but now on the wipeouts i get many tiny dots. I need a fix asap I have our production division screaming. Any Help??
