Auto Cad 2010 LT ISO / 3d question

Having used 2008LT for a few years im now using 2010LT

the questions i have are,

A-there is no 3d workspace option.
B-in isometric view the 'Z' axis wont snap to vertical ie 0degs,

any pointers?

AFAIK, AutoCAD LT is a 2-D product.
