I am a contractor working with a customer who still uses AutoCad 13. I am used to having running osnaps set so that when I draw a line from the quadrant of a circle, the quadrant highlights so that it is easy to start the line.
In this version 13, I can type "QUAD" and the line starts from one but there is no quadrant highlighted. I can type "MID" and the line starts from mid but no midpoint is highlighted. Is this just part of Version 13 or is there a system variable that controls the "highlighting" of osnaps ?
I have all the autocad factory manuals but cannot find anything listed on this beyond setting running osnaps which I have done.

No, this was just one of the many things wrong with R13. The symbols that pop up with running OSNAPS began with R14. While R13 has running OSNAPS, you just kind have to guess if you are on the right one.

I had seen an add in that fixed that, but I can't remember where. I'll see if I can locate it again.
