AutoCAD 2006 object snap settings

I've got problem with Osnap Settings in AutoCAD 2006.
It keeps turning off automaticly. It's driving me crazy because I need to define it x times/day.
please, anybody knows how to fix this?

are You running a lisp, or a 3rd-party-tool?
1st aid, make a button with ^C^Cosmode;Yourvalue;

The F3 button will toggle OSNAPS on/off. If the snaps modes are being altered, a program is doing it like EXXIT said.
