Could somebody advise if it is possible to delete blocks from within Design Centre. I am using Acad 2000 LT, and cannot find an obvious way of deleting some of the blocks i have previously created.

Thank you.

I think the blocks in a design center tab are found in a specific folder on your drive. Delete or move that drawing and it should no longer appear in the design center.

Thank you for your reply. I also thought i would be able to find some sort of folder or directory containing blocks etc, but am struggling to find it.

What i'm trying to do is remove unwanted blocks from an existing drawing. I would like to open this drawing and from design centre, drag only correct blocks into new drawings.

I did not understand your question properly. The blocks in a drawing are not anywhere but in the drawing (unles they are XREFs).

Remove unwanted blocks with the PURGE command if they are not used in the drawing. You can use the design center to copy blocks to another drawing, or use WBLOCK (WriteBlock) or simply copy and paste. Then PURGE.
