AutoCAD Electrical Libraries

Does anyone know if there exists an autoCAD toolkit that may contain standard electrical blocks in a structured format. We are spending alot of time just finding the right block using AutoCAD 2000 LT design centre.
It would also be great to have a script that would allow automatic line breaks when inserting a block.
