AutoCAD learning assistance

I am trying to use AutoCAD 2000 learning assistance. I can't seem to bring up the video demo, but the audio is fine. The Windows Media Player icom is displayed but no video. I have the latest update installed of Media Player and it works ok by itself. Does anyone know what is wrong?

have you tried uninstalling just the learning assistance and then reinstalling it also what version of the learning assistance do you have i think they had made some updates from the one that came with R14 & 2000
