Autocad N Excel

ok so i figured this much out if i have a nice spread sheet in excel that i want inserted into acad as acad entities to make a table of sorts how can i take that info from autocad back to excel does anyone know if everyone helps everybody the world will be a better place

I use OLE OBJECT to handle the EXCEL SPREAD SHEET. One problem you may have is setting the font correctly. At best ACAD handling of OLE Objects is fair.
