Autocad w/ DWGGateway

Having a problem with the revised DWGGateway I just installed. Opens and saves files without a problem, but when I try to use it to print to a pdf, makes it through as far as picking the save name for the pdf, then gives an error "failed to create" the pdf.

Anyone else run into this, or have any ideas on a fix?

I would email support at dwggateway. I did and they were helpful and responsive (I had an issue with paperspace).
