Hi
For drawings of single components one would be able to use a drawn symbol using "Model property" text type. The placed symbol will then automatically refer to part property and update the text accordingly.
On drawings with multiple parts the symbol will however only refer to the first component placed on the sheet. This can be overcome by providing the symbols with leaders pointing to the relevant part. In my application these leaders however tend to clutter up my drawing and serve no real function other than linking the symbol with each model.
My question is thus if any one knows how to create automated text on a drawing with multiple components without using a leader? (or perhaps by hiding them)
Regards
