hi.I need a ciruit for AVR(automatic voltage regulator).who can help me?maximum output power approximately 150KVA.

Speak to GE, Brush, Siemens, ABB. All have AVR designs, and I'm sure they'll be prepared to sell you what you need. They probably consider the design to be their intellectual property though, so they might not be so happy to give it away free on the internet.

I have used quite a few of these. For this price you can't build one. These include jumper selection for 50 Hz or 60 Hz UFRO.
These will handle the field of a 150 KVA machine quite nicely. They also include a stability adjustment which accommodates a wide range of machines.

Oh, a 150kW machine? I thought that was the AVR output power.

The original question is as clear as mud, and about half as valuable.
