Autopipe vs CAESAR II Quality Assurance

I work in the nuclear business (Dept. of Enegy not NRC) and all of our software applications are subject to strict software QA requirements. Autopipe makes a great deal of mention of nuclear quality assurance on their website, but I don't see the same emphasis with CAESAR II.

Are there any quality assurance issues that would prevent using CAESAR II on a nuclear application?

CAESAR II is heavily QA'd, but the CAESAR II QA program doesn't meet the NQA-1 criteria at the present time.
