Availing 220v single phase supply

Can we connect single phase 220V appliances & equipments to two phases of 3 phase 220V(line)supply(127V phase voltage)? any precaution such as dedicated earth to be taken up?

If Neutral and Protective Ground are separated and Neutral having full insulation strength - as it should be and should have - there is no electrical/physical problem that I can think of. Are you in Norway?
