hi all . i need software of this avr programmer . and how i can know the number of the deleted microcontrooler data i nsert to picture of programmer and microcontroller in attachment

Do you still wish the part to be functional? If not, then hot sulfuric acid will typically remove the plastic package material over the die, and you can look at the die in a microscope to determine its part number.

I think an alternate light source - UV perhaps - might bring up the IC number. There's definitely something still there.

If the label is still intact, but hard to see, put a drop of rubbing alcohol on it. As the alcohol dries, it often shows a quick flash of the original part number. I will often do this several times until I can see the entire number.

If I'm correct then that is an earlier version of a module made by Quasar Electronics and is probably 30 years old. An updated design is available here:

Assuming the old design is similar to the new one, you should be able to use one of the many terminal emulators to communicate with it without any special software.

I guess I don't understand why you aren't asking the manufacturer of the programmer for the software.

What do you mean by "deleted number?" Are you looking for the part number or are you looking for the data within the part?

I don't think Atmel is trying to hide the chip part number. Look for a revision stamped on the PCB and call Atmel. I am sure they will tell you what chip they used.
