Hope you all are doing good.

Can we use WPS (AWS D1.1) for unlisted materials (S275JR, S355 etc.) with same PQR performed for listed materials?

Generally, you have to qualify unlisted materials by testing. Usually, only the unlisted materials used for the qualification are covered by the WPS supported by the PQR. You have to read the fine print, there are exceptions to the rules, but only if the Engineer representing the Own allows the exceptions.
