Can someone direct me a a web site that has free weld specs? I'm looking for AWS D17.1

Free? That's a $112 document! The only way I could think of that you might get one is if someone is giving away their old one because they bought the new one--but the "new" one came out three years ago. AWS isn't in the habit of giving much of anything away for free, much les a 78-page book.

Is there a technical library anywhere near you?
