I am trying to model a axisymmetric composite shell (ribbons in real case) structure.
The shell (ribbon ) is 10 mm in thickness, 10 mm in diameter and has 5 plies.
I chose axisymmetric,deformable,shell for my part.
Then I sketched a rectangle with 5mm X 10 mm dimension.
Then I made a composite layup with 5 Piles each with 2 mm thickness.
But the problem is when I am asked to pick up the Ply region, I can't just pick up from the sketch.
So I made a set for that rectangle and now I can choose.
But now it doesn't show the Ply Stock plot.
I understand something is wrong with my composite layup definition.
I need some help
