Does ASME B31.3 require RT examination after any heat treatment or is it allowed to perform RT previous to PWHT and perform additional MPI after the heat treatment?

Please see 341.3.1(a) in B31.3. For P3, P4 and P5 materials exam,ination shall be after any heat treatment.
