[b]piezoelectric+membrane+micropump[/b]

Hi

I want to simulate a micropump with ansys. I want to simulate flow in chamber and deflection of membrane. actually I am new in Ansys and I do not know how can I define piezoelectric properties for piezoelectric section in Ansys. honestly I do not know I should define a material as a piezoelectric or I should define several layer for that and so on, because my background is mechanical and I am familiar to mechanical aspect of Ansys.

Any body has information about that or an example of simulation and modeling by ANSYS?
