b16 flange repair

we have 2 2"rfwn flg's that are damaged one on the flange face and one on the hub. can these be repaired by welding and if so where do i find the correct codes,standards.

Test for cracks after grinding out the damaged areas.
Weld with 70-series filler and Preheat per a qualified WPS
Machine down the gasket face and make certain that the finish is approx RA250.
 
Go to the appropiate B16.xx reference for flanges, and read it. Usually, ASME Section VIII, Div 1 is referenced for welding requirements in specifications for fittings.
 
Not sure about the one with the damaged hub, but one with the bad face ...by the time you cut it off, weld, re-machine the face, and re-attach the flange ...you'll find it cheaper to just buy a new one!
