B31.9 Building Services Piping says that (paragraph 900.1.2) steam and condensate piping with pressure not exceeding 150 psig and 366 degrees Fahrenheit is within its scope.
B31.1 Power Piping says that (paragraph 100.1.3) only building heating and distribution steam and condensate piping designed for 15 psig or less is not within its scope.
My facilities condensate piping downstream of the condenser has a maximum pressure of 75 psig and maximum temperature of 320 degrees Fahrenheit. Wouldn't this be considered B31.9 jurisdiction or is there something that I am missing that makes it under B31.1 jurisdiction?
