B31.3 - High Pressure - Heat Treatment 2

Hello friends, greetings. I need help.
I have a weld metal with base P No. 4, High pressure pipe with wall thickness of 8.0 mm, in accordance with paragraph K331.1.3 (b) (1) of the code ASME B31.3, which temperature should be used?

See Table 331.1.1 for P-No 4 base material, PWHT is 704 to 746 deg C.
 

For base metal P-No 4 and thickness 8mm there is no PWHT requirement (ASME B31.1, Table 331.1.1).

This is for B31.3, not B31.1
 
My metal base is A 335 Gr P11 - Limit of tensile strength 60 ksi, and paragraph K331.1.1 Heat Treatment Requirements. The provisions of to. 331 and Table 331.1.1 apply, except those specified below.

(a) Heat treatment is required for all thicknesses of P-In. 4 and 5 materials.

So what temperature should I use, and this value should be set By Design engineering
