back and forth flash circuit simulation in Multisim

having read all the info in the manual for Multisim 8

but still get erc errors for a simple back and forth flash circuit using models for 74154, 74193 1Hz Clk
the errors appear on the outputs from the 74154, to the cathodes of all 16 leds!!...have used bybass caps ranging from 0.1Uf to 3.3uf

what am I doing wrong?...

The first thing you're doing wrong is not fully explaining the problem... fix that and we may be able to help.
