Background image in ug

I am hoping someone can help me. I am trying to assign a background tiff image when rendering a component in unigraphics but it is not assigning it. I could do it fine on the pc next to me at work but not on the one i am actually using. I am setting the image as a photo-realistic so it should render the backdrop.

Is it a path problem? Some times UG does not like spaces in the path of an object. If it is working on the other PC, check to make sure your setup is exactly like the PC that does work. If it fails at that point and both PC are exactly alike, reply back.

Just cracked it mate. It is not the individual pcs which are the problem but the tiff file i am using. (my mistake). If a tiff file has been saved from a 24 bit bitmap file it doesnt seem to render it on some of our older machines. However, if i save them as a bitmap 256 colour format then back to a tiff it works fine.
