To get UD E1, you will need data for E2 (or make an extimate), then use laminate theory to back calculate E1 from Ex of the 0/90 laminate For UD tensile strength, calculate the P/AE strain for the 0/90 laminate, then multiply the strain times the UD E1 to get UD tensile strength.
