Hello everyone, i'm Carlo and i recently refreshed my workstation:

OLD: i7 4790k 32GB RAM DDR3 Quadro k2000
NEW: i7 7820x 32GB RAM DDR4 Quadro k2000

But now i've noticed that: UGS NX 11.0 takes more time for render/export a project than before (I have old values). Is that normal? hyper threading can affect? I need it ON.

Thanks everyone. Carlo

Why do you need hyperthreading on? It effectively only gives you 1/2 of your processor to a single-threaded application like NX. What are the processor speeds for the i7-4790k and the i7-7820x? That may be you issue.

Are you also talking about the same NX versions on both PC's?

Ow and it is Siemens NX11 not UGS[lol]

The 7820x benchmarks slower than the 4790k for single thread operations.
