I am looking for information on baghouse design rules. I am designing a baghouse after a flash dryer.

Bag houses come in many varieties. They are designed differently depending upon whether they are positive pressure, negative pressure, etc. They are also cleaned by a variety of methods. Your question is very broad at this point.
