Baldor 34A63-883 1/2HP 460-190 volts?

I have a baldor mtr and much of the label is not readable. Doing a search on the web most hits list this as a 3/4 HP dual voltage mtr, and this is wrong. I can read on the label "volts 230/460-190/380" which I dont understand and "HP 1/2". I think its 3 phase, but it does not say. The wire hookup diagram is not readable. It has 9 wires 1-9. While there are 3 voltage ranges listed and like wise for amps "3/1.5-2.8/1/4", despite this it lists two rpms "1725/1425".

The most important is the hookup diagram, so i can power it, but that 460-190 also has me wondering.

This is a three phase dual voltage and dual frequency motor.
60 Hz; 230/460 Volts, 3/1.5 Amps, 1725 RPM, 1/2 HP
50 Hz; 190/380 Volts, 2.6/1.4 Amps, 1425 RPM,
If the fan load is fairly large compared to the 1/2 Hp rating then there may be enough fall off in fan load at 1425 RPM for this to still produce 1/2 HP at 50 Hz rather than the expected 0.4 HP
Do you need the low voltage connections? The motor may be internally connected as wye or as delta. The connections are the same for the higher voltage and the higher voltage connections are readable on your nameplate. (The bottom line on the connection diagram should read 3 2 1
If you need the low voltage connections, check for continuity between leads #7, 8, and 9. (With all leads DISCONNECTED)
Continuity indicates a wye connection, No continuity indicates a delta connection.
Either consult a motor text or report back for the appropriate low voltage connections.

The Baldor web page lists this as a 3/4 HP but when you do the math for the current, voltage, power factor and efficiency, it comes out to 1/2 HP.
The efficiency is given as 75.5% Much of the lost 24.5% may be fan losses which will drop dramatically with the drop in speed at 50Hz.
This looks like a special motor that has been re-rated for 50 Hz use.

LINE 1, MOTOR LEADS #1 AND #7
LINE 2, MOTOR LEADS #2 AND #8
LINE 3, MOTOR LEADS #3 AND #9
MOTOR LEADS #4, #5, AND #6. CONNECT TOGETHER AND INSULATE.
