I want a seat flushing port installed on a metal seated 36" ASME Class 900 forged LTCS body ball valve. The reason for having is that the Ti-Cr seats are passing and it could be possibly be from the fact that the springs are stuck with the particles that have lodged themselves in the cavity space where the seat carrier is. The valve is on a line that is in raw gas service. The installation will have to be done by welding a fitting onto the body of the valve and hot tapping. I understand that the tapping will have to be precise as not to go as far as the seat carrier springs.
I had once come across a service company providing this service. Will anyone know of service companies offering this.

I doubt that the flushing port will solve your problem.
Consider using the manufacturer to modify their valve.
I think that TD Williams hot taps pipe. I don't know about forged valves. Do the valves have grease ports?

During a shut down the insides of the valves were photographed. The photos show the black particulate material trailing from the seat carrier groove.

The valves have stem sealant injection ports.

A neighbouring company has similar valves with the seat sealant ports. They have also experienced passing and which had stopped after the valve seat ports were flushed.

It is a Perar valve. Yes, this if at all can be done has to be jointly with the manufacturer.
