BALLOONS MOVE ON UPDATE 1

Hi Group
Has anyone else had the issue of generated balloons moving around when the view is updated?
I have a view with balloons generated by the Product.
After inserting them I moved them around to suit my requirements.
When I reopen the CATDrawing and it requires updating, some (not all) balloons move. Leader stays put, just the balloon with text moves.
Anyone know what the problem/issue is here.

I have a similar problem, although it may not be the same problem.

I usually creat my own balloons on assembly views, and when I update sometimes the balloons move (although it usually seems because catia can't find the object I was pointing to because I changed the geometry or something similar). But also sometimes after updating, if I try to click a balloon and move it, it won't let me drag the balloon anywhere. I have to right-click -> positional link -> delete positional link even though I never created a positional link, then I can drag the balloon around again.

Annoying problems, for sure.
