Basic component supplier

I am a novie for electronics ... started building the first simplest circuits. I don't know where I can get them like the resistor, capacitor, LED.... Can anyone help me please. I live in Brussels, Belgium. Can someone knows a supplier in Brussles?

Try ebay - I have bought some mixed value R's C's and some RF bits and pieces (IF chips/mixers) very cheap.
