Basic Q:How to get smooth output data

Hi. abaqus shows the plot in low res, with minimum points.
as shown in picture a huge jump from 0 to 70 is observed
what do i need to do to resolve?
Dynamic Explicit solver will be used

Increase the output frequency. This can be done in output request editor.
