Basis of ADC counts?

Hello, there!
Anyone who is familiar with Kongsberg Automation, can you crack for me the Basis of ADC counts? I tried using mobile apps for ADC to calculate as per table below but i am confuse.

What exactly is your question? Seems to me that the first two lines of the document explain everything there is to know about the table.
