Interesting. I don't have an opinion about this cell. But the rectangular shape, 3.2V rating, and high price indicates it is a single prismatic cell instead of the typical cylindrical cell(s). Still, internally it could be several cylindrical cells in parallel.

LifePo4 batteries have a very long lifetime as long as there are charge balancing/under-voltage lockout/over-voltage charge prevention circuits on them, or you manually observe the charge/discharge state as you use them. In other words - don't discharge them below approximately 2V/cell and never overcharge them and they last a long time. Unlike NiCd, they don't have a charge memory, so it best to keep them charge at more 40% capacity.

See if you can contact the manufacturer to find out if there is charge circuitry included inside the cell case. Looking at the pictures I can see there is a QR code sticker (serial number ?) and a oval window (safety rupture disc ? or LED indicator ?) on the top in addition to two high-current posts.
 
Don't forget that depending on where the battery is made versus your usage location, what may appear to be a relatively cheap battery may turn out much more expensive due to shipping and handling restrictions on lithium cells. Some cell chemistries are less prone to issues than others, but transport costs can add up quite quickly, or be so slow as to not be a viable option due to shipping delays.
