It is possible to define an offset, but only when you have linear behavior of the beam. See Abaqus Users Manual 29.3.7 Using a general beam section to define the section behavior


You should think about two other options:
1. If you have geometry or elements edges at the location where the beam should be, then you can use Stringer modeling. That is a beam, that shares nodes with the shell or solid elements. See A/CAE Manual 36. Skin and stringer reinforcements

2. You can also use embedded elements technique to include the behavior of the beam into the solids. See Users Manual 35.4.1 Embedded elements and A/CAE Manual 15.15.8 Defining embedded region constraints
