I'm new to this. I'm drawing a part with bearing. The bearing OD is 10mm.

If I want the bearing can be push in by your finger and do not drop out if flip the part up side down. What should the be hole size? thanks

Machinery's Handbook is the place to go for this. You are talking about a tolerance on hole size of .0001" with what you want to do. The best way is to hone the bore to size. Be aware that if you are putting the bearing in an aluminum plate a relatively small differenc in temperature will make it loose or tight. Maybe shrink fitting the bearing will work for you. Or try Loctite etc.

Are you actually 'drawing' a part, or modeling a part in 3D?
In any event you create the bore at nominal, then add tolerances to the dimension for the bore diameter. I am not sure a push in will be enough to hold the bearing in position reliably(it may spin), unless this is just a manufacturing concept.
