There is an Standard ANSI/ABMA/ISO 5593 (R1999) Rolling Bearings Vocabulary, whych should have the codes.
I have only partial information and for your question about 30BC02XPP3OA26, I do not have a clue for the last four codes, may be they refer to the lubricant?.
30= 30 mm bore diameter
BC= Ball bearing single row, radial, non filling slot.
02= 6200 series OD and width.
X= Manufacturers standard bearing cage
PP= Two metal Shield permanently fastened.
3= Internal clearance greater than standard

SKF 6206-2Z/C3

Thanks. After your message I was able to obtain the 1984 version of 5593. It doesn't have any numbering but some useful info nevertheless. Any other suggestion for standard?

I do have an excerpt from EASA Technical Manual section 9.2 which provides a pretty good breakdown of AFBMA number but not the whole story. From that I see:
30BC02XPP3OA26
30BC02 - Same as you said.
X - "Any type of cage". What does this mean? I am used to seeing J for steel cage.
PP3 - same as you said.
0 - Standard tolerance ABEC-1
The last 3 positions appear to be reserved for info on lubricant.

As I interpret "x"; the cage is not restricted and could be whatever is standard for the bearing manufacturer.
