I have seen similar bearings that used automotive wheel bearings sans cone.

I beleive the old Timken Blue book had listings for steering box bearings, as well as NDH/Hyatt or BCA. Sometimes you have to find someone with the old tech books.

Is it a ball, tapered roller or barrell roller?

Is the inner race part of the steering shaft? That would seem to be the case, or is it pressed onto the shaft?

the bearings are tapered roller and yes the inner race is part of the steering shaft the tractor is a Long made in romania it is a 76 year model the bearing brand is urb whih is still an existing bearing supplier i think
