Hello, how to understand type damping ratio? What is the units "time"? This value is tabulated somewhere in the manufacturer's catalogs?

I doubt you'll find it in a catalog. It's a bit of a catch all fudge factor, as it is accounting for both the intrinsic damping in the belt, and the belt to tooth interface, probably. As is often the way of things in ADAMS, just try a few different values and use one that solves and looks about right.

Cheers
