Referencing a past thread for minimum bend radius of Beryllium Copper. It is an old thread, but as I was searching Google for an answer, that old thread was the first one to show up in the results. The thread unfortunately offers no helpful answers as a bunch of self-proclaimed "limeys" thought they were being smart by telling the OP to search Google. Google offers surprisingly few results on the question, even though one of the limeys stated they got 9 results in 10 seconds (That's a very slow internet connection BTW - Google usually gives me over 100 million in about 0.37 seconds).
Anyways... here is the real answer. The minimum bend radius for Beryllium copper will depend on the tempering so it can range anywhere from thickness of the stock to even 4x thickness. You need to know your tempering. Here is a link with full specs:
