Hi all,
Wanting some advise on methods to bend 12mm (~1/2inch) thick High Density Polyethylene Sheet.
I am wanting to achieve a fairly large radius (around 160mm/6.3 inches).
I'm using a mould to form the bend, so can clamp it down in position once bent while it cools.
I appreciate that I will need to heat the plastic, but since the bend will be over such a large area I'm not sure how to heat such an area uniformly such that it can be flexed evenly.
Thanks!
