Bending Issues with SA-106-B

Just wondering if anyone else has run into this issue regarding bending problems for SA-106-B. We use 3/4" Sch 80, the manufacturer is Benteler, were putting a 90 deg. bend (by machine/die) in them but we seem to be getting a crimp/fold at the turn.

This is not a bending problem because of material issues, it is caused by your set-up for making tight radius bends. Review the information below
